Track Your Order

Would you like to track your order? When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from suporte.formaluxe@gmail.com  with your tracking number. Depending on the product ordered, it may take up to 3 business days for the email to be sent. Once you have received the email, enter your tracking number below to quickly check your delivery status.

Please note the following points:

Order numbers are not immediately updated with the available delivery status. If your tracking number shows that it is currently unavailable, do not worry - your order has been shipped and is on its way to the local post office. The tracking should be updated within a few business days. Depending on the destination, it may take a few days for the order to be delivered.
